D-Day Veteran Loves his Flyte
Gordon Prime was a dispatch rider in the Normandy landings but, due to unforeseen circumstances, he ended up driving an ammunition truck off his landing craft. For his brave actions he was awarded the Legion D'honneur.
After the war he was involved in various motor vehicle innovations as part of his working life.
He recently became a happy Quingo Flyte owner and sent us this stunning photograph of himself on the Flyte next to a legendary Spitfire fighter when he recently visited an air show.
Gordon says the Flyte has given him his freedom back allowing him to get out and about again and he admires the engineering of the Flyte. Praise indeed!
