We have only experienced the sales/demonstration service and the delivery service so far and both were excellent.
The service we received was very good. We did not feel pressuried to buy. The one I had was obviously the one right for me. It feels secure and it very easy to use. It has many find features, headlights, reverse signal, thurns on a sixpence. But we do need ramps to get it into the car as my partner is 81
The whole project was easy and seamless. Everything was sorted on the same day and delivery and installation f the Flyte went very smoothly.

Review and demo was very good Difficult to remember every stage of the loading and unloading process. However we managed it several trials
A small problem l had with a broken press stud was resolved quickly. I was given a date, time and a visit from Service team to solve issue. Although l am new to using mobility scooters feel as though l have made the correct choice with Quingo.

It was very good . Told how to ride it and curbs. Shown how to dismantle and put in boot of car then to take it out and put together.
