Everything about the scooter is extremely good. The only minor exception is the sound signals for the horn, reversing and turning. The sound is more like a child’s toy! My major complaint is the customer service department which was unobtainable for two days when I wanted to order the back bag. I only got action by contacting Clifton Bird. When I received the bag it turned out to be faulty and not as shown in the brochure. I returned the bag and asked for a refund. I only got it after numerous phone calls over a period of, I believe, about 8 days. Nevertheless, as a qualified Systems Engineer I think the scooter is well designed and I have no regrets about buying it.
good service although delivery was late due to issues caused by covid. Could have kept us better informed about issues they were having.
